What is the shelf life of the syrup?
All syrups are made using real ingredients and don't contain any added colorings or chemicals. Instead, we rely on a slightly higher sugar content to ensure our products remain shelf-stable. For optimum freshness, refrigerate syrups for up to one month after opening.
Is crystallization on the lid normal?
Due to the natural crystallization process that can occur with a higher sugar content, it is possible for sugar crystals to form around the lid. The syrup is safe to consume and will not affect the quality or taste of the product. Simply wipe the lid off with a damp cloth or towel after each use.
Why are the syrups thick?
The syrups have a higher sugar content, which contributes to their thicker consistency, similar to maple syrup. This thicker texture is intentional as it creates a creamy and indulgent experience when used in beverages. Additionally, the higher sugar content ensures that our syrups deliver a balanced level of sweetness for our recommended serving size of 1 oz.
